| PALMYRA SYMPOSIUM The First Palmyra Student Symposium was held on the last night to reflect on what we had accomplished during our week on Palmyra.
Reports were given on the data collected on seabirds, coconut crab counts, rat patrols, seaweed surveys, hermit crab mark and re-capture, tuna tagging, marine mammals observations, turtle sightings, fish species lists, and coral-butterfly transects. Later, we celebrated and thanked the staff for a once in a lifetime experience.
